Here are a few fast weight loss tips that anyone can use. But, I have to warn you, if you lose too many pounds too fast, you might be losing lean muscle, instead of fat. Your ultimate goal should be to increase lean muscle mass and reduce your percentage of total body fat.
Your scale is not the best tool for determining your level of health. Many times, the pounds that are lost are simply water-weight. The daily fluctuations that you see on your scale are fluid fluctuations; not changes in your body's fat content.
If you have a tendency to retain fluid, you'll feel better if you do lose those extra pounds. So, this first set of fast weight loss tips will help you get rid of that fluid. Try to stick to this plan for a day. Weigh yourself the day before to get an idea of how many pounds of fluid you are actually retaining.
You will need about a gallon of purified water. You are going to forego sodas, coffee or any other kind of beverage for that |
